Mary holds a Bachelor of Social Science (majoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice) from Western Sydney University, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the College of Law and a Masters in Applied Law (majoring in Family Law) from the College of Law.
Mary is admitted to practice as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia and holds membership with the Law Society of NSW and the Family Law Section of the Law Council of Australia.
Prior to joining O’Sullivan Legal, Mary specialised in personal injury law with a focus on motor vehicle accident claims, workers compensation claims, total and permanent disablement claims, medical negligence and occupiers and public liability claims.
Early in her legal career, Mary practiced in a boutique law firm where she gained experience in criminal law, traffic matters, immigration law, wills and estates, family law and property law. It was from her experience at this boutique firm that she gained an interest in further developing her career in family law.
Mary is empathetic and is dedicated to supporting clients in all areas of family law.
