Emma graduated from the University of New South Wales with a combined Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (Criminology), and then from the College of Law with a Master of Laws (Applied Law). Emma is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia, is trained as a Collaborative Professional, and is accredited as a Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner. Prior to joining O’Sullivan Legal, Emma gained experience as a paralegal in community legal centres and services, with a diverse mix of clients.
